JUDGE'S & STEWARD'S AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this ______ day of ___________, 19______ between ________________________________________________ (Judge or Steward), whose address is ________________________________________________________________ and ______________________________________________________________ (show sponsor) witnesseth:

1. The (Judge) (Steward) above named hereby agrees to officiate at a NAPHA sanctioned show for the above named Organization, to be held on ______________________ day(s) of ___________________________________________________________, 19_________ at ______________________________________________________________________

2. The (Judge) (Steward) above named hereby agrees to perform the respective services in accordance with the NAPHA Show Rules and Regulations and Breed Standard in effect at the time of the aforesaid show.

3. The __________________________________ (show sponsor) hereby agrees to pay said (Judge) (Steward) the sum of $____________ for the respective services, along with the expenses incurred by said Official for traveling purposes to and from said show (including coach airfare or mileage at ___________ cents per mile and motel. It also agrees to pay for meals with a per diem of $___________/day.) Payment shall be made upon completion of the contract services, unless otherwise agreed upon by endorsement hereon. Travel and motel arrangements will be made by show sponsor unless otherwise agreed upon by endorsement hereon.

4. This Agreement must be signed by both parties to take effect.

5. This Agreement may be postponed or canceled by the mutual consent of the parties hereto and in such event, a notation thereof must be endorsed on this Agreement, dated and signed by the parties hereto.

6. This Agreement may, for good cause shown, be canceled by either party upon giving to the other written notice thereof, not less than ninety (90) days prior to the aforesaid show. In the event a show is canceled less than ninety days prior to its scheduled date, the (Judge) (Steward) shall be entitled to payment of the fee specified in Paragraph 3.

7. The Organization named herein as a party to this Agreement hereby affirms that this Agreement is executed pursuant to a Resolution duly adopted by its Board of Directors or governing officials approving said Agreement and authorizing its President or Chief Executive Officer to execute the same in the name of the Organization.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties above named have hereunto set their hands and seals this ____________ day of ____________________, 19_______ and executed the above instrument in duplicate and each party acknowledges receipt of an original thereof.
